Shipping Policy
UK delivery. Next day dispatch for all orders placed and paid for before 3pm Monday - Thursday. This does not include wax melts which are made to order. Items will be sent Royal Mail 1st Class or Royal Mail recorded. We do not post on Saturdays or Bank Holidays. Courier is used for next day delivery on orders over £100 in value or heavy packages. Orders placed after 1pm Friday will be posted Monday. Other delivery areas may incur an extra charge - please email for details.
Return & Refund Policy
We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 30 days working days from delivery provided that you inform us within 7 working days after the day on which you received the products that you intend to return the item. If the items listed on the dispatch note do not match those contained in your delivery, please notify us immediately by phone or email. Our contact details can be found in the Contact Us. If you require a refund we will refund the price paid by you for the goods provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original/unopened condition within 30 working days of delivery. Damaged items - if the goods you receive are damaged in any way, we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund. Please note if it is broken/chipped or snapped wax melts, this will not affect the product quality and they have to be broken to melt. If this is a problem please do not order because this can not be helped. Please notify us immediately by phone (Monday - Friday 4pm - 5.30pm) or email info@wackyideas.co.uk any time. We will require a photograph clearly showing the damage and its packaging. You may be asked to return the product for investigation so we kindly request that you do not discard of any product until the issue has been resolved.
